Ahhh finally home. Our modern townhouses feature 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths with updated stainless steel appliances, an attached garage, and in-unit laundry. The owner pays for gas, snow removal, and garbage. Renter pays for electricity and water. No smoking. Unfurnished. First month's rent and security deposit due at signing.
